To ensure a smooth and efficient application process, we require the following documents from all applicants:

1. Letter of Income: We ask for a letter of income to verify your financial stability and ability to pay the rent. This can be an employment letter stating your position, salary or wages, and length of employment. If you are self-employed, you can provide tax returns or other relevant documentation to demonstrate your income. If you are on assistance, you can provide a letter from your assistance provider or other relevant documentation to demonstrate your income.

2. Letter from Landlord: A letter from your current or previous landlord serves as a reference and helps us assess your rental history. This letter should include the duration of your tenancy, rent payment history, and any additional relevant information.

3. Credit Report: A credit report provides valuable insights into your financial responsibility and helps us evaluate your creditworthiness. You can obtain a credit report from reputable credit reporting agencies. Please ensure that the report is recent and includes your credit score.

4. Six Months Bank Statements: Bank statements provide us with a comprehensive view of your financial activities over the past six months. They help us assess your financial stability and verify your ability to meet the financial obligations of the lease agreement.

5. Government Issued ID: We require a valid government-issued identification document, such as a driver's license or passport, to verify your identity and ensure that you are legally eligible to rent a property.

Once you have gathered these documents, please submit them along with your completed rental application. You can submit the application by email.

After receiving your application and documents, our team will review them thoroughly. We may contact you for any additional information or clarification during the review process. Please ensure that all the provided information is accurate and up-to-date.
